During my Christmas vacation, I stayed in a hotel that had a good location and offered some enjoyable facilities. The fact that the hotel was near the beach was a plus. the food and drinks were delightful, and the hot tub was a nice feature.
The lack of customer service made the stay very unpleasant. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and they did not speak any English.

The hotel had two cool outdoor pools and an indoor thermal pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the food was great, and they had a good selection of wine. the hotel was located close to the beach, and they had a mini train that took us there, which was very convenient.
The hotel staff didn't speak much English, so communication was difficult. All the literature in the hotel was only in French and Italian, which made it hard to understand what was going on.

This hotel had two outdoor pools and a sulphur thermal pool which was fantastic, and a mini train that transported guests to a beautiful beach. the food and wine at the hotel were great, and the facilities were enjoyable. the room and bathroom were comfortable, and the service was satisfactory.
Communication was challenging because no one spoke English, and all literature was only in French and Italian.
